Run, Pump, or PUMP & RUN. The Run is a 5K starting and ending at SNAP Fitness in Wright City. The Pump is how many benchpress reps can you do (90% of male's body weight; 50% of female's). For those doing both, each 'PUMP' takes 15 seconds off your 5K time!
Registration
Cost of the race is $12 if registered/paid by May 23rd. T-shirt is included. Any registrations after May 23rd will be $15 and no guarantee of a T-shirt.
PUMP is from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. The RUN is at 9 a.m.
Awards: Overall Top Male and Female Run. Overall Top Male and Female Pump. Overall Top Male and Female Pump and Run. Top 3 Pump and Run per age groups / gender: 15 & Under; 16-20; 21-35; 36-49; 50 and over
